The foot parade set off from the usual place, but the civilian cars set off from the show-ground. At the cross-roads, the vehicles were still coming down Market place as you see in the video, The foot parade then had to stop at the cross-roads until it was clear to continue.
Normally the padade goes the other way round which is much better this needs looking into for 2013.
